Every Christmas marks a pause at the end of another busy year, a time to look back with nostalgia but look forward as well. The holidays are a break from the 9 to 5 routine, a chance to look around and reflect upon all the good blessings in our lives.

Here in Florida the sun is out and there is a nice breeze through my house. We’re cooking a ham for Christmas Eve dinner and spending time with my parents, who are visiting from New Jersey.

I don’t know where my company will be by this time a year from now, but I hope that we will have provided a great opportunity for many more people and expanded into 10 or 15 new regions that have never seen our concept before.
